"Cheng. Bub. Wait," Xichen frantically tried to escape from the waves of potent lotus scent filling the entire enclosed room. Despite his reasons being clouded with the sweet scent, he tried his best to not get eaten all the way, hands desperately reaching for the bedside table to grab a phone, doesn't matter if it was his or Cheng's.

The beta groans, slightly shaking his head and grabbing the alpha's neck to immobilize him. "mn, No..." he mumbles, heat reaching all of his body as he instinctively reacts to the Jasmine scent that is mixed in the air. 

"But, babe, we need to call your brother," The alpha reasoned out, biting his lower lip afterward just to control his consciousness, little by little his alphan instincts are already submitting to omegan pheromones that are waiting in the air, so potent and rich that whatever attempt he does to control his instinct were crumbling off. 

The beta groans once again, he clings tightly as he can, body purring and rubbing to the alpha's body. The idea of the alpha releasing the hold made his omega inside cry, "No, don't leave me.. hng!" he cried as he writhes in the pain in his abdomen, tears brimming his eyes. "...help me... p-please..." he stutters, desperately clinging to the alpha, body shivering and sweating profusely.

Xichen looks down at his beta, brows furrowed in worry. He's still half-conscious but half of him was succumbing to his instincts, to the sweet lotus scent.  He needs to grab his phone and call Wei Ying but the pleading look of the beta in his arms is making his decisions falter. He must not but he can't deny that part of him wants this, he's been loving the beta for years now, who is he to refuse an open offer right in front of him?

He gulps once, hesitating. He gulps the second time, his hands answer Cheng's embrace. He gulps for the third time and his brain tells him to help the beta. 

He closed his eyes shut, collecting himself, and he decides, "I will just calm his heat, if this is really a heat," he mumbles, finally reaching out to caress the beta's jaws, then he leaned, kissing his tears away, "Shh, I'll help you calm down," he coos, planting gentle pecks at every tear that slides down his cheeks. 

The beta whimpers as he sobs, "Hng... please..." he pleads, writhing in pain and desperately clinging to the alpha. 

The alpha gulps once again before manning up and starting to maneuver the beta into laying him down on the bed without Cheng releasing his neck, the beta's back resting comfortably. His two hands are placed on each side of Cheng's head, hoisting himself up to see the weeping yet still beautiful look of the beta. 

"Trust me on this yeah?" he coos down at the beta, leaning before hoisting himself up once again, a hand moving to remove the beta's trousers and undergarments alongside it. The beta whimpers an answer and lets the alpha lead.

Xichen's fingers went straight for the beta's backside, mouth wide ins disbelief as he felt slick on his fingers. He doesn't know why and how did the beta acting like he'd become an omega. But still, he set the questions aside, the beta's care is his top priority at the moment. His middle finger circles his licking hole, causing the beta to let out soft moans, and his hips buckles as if asking to be filled. 

The alpha hissed at the beta's reaction, tent forming on his crotch area, his Jasmine scent leaking out more thick than before. He bites his lower lip to hold his body's urge to succumb to his instinct. 

"X-xichen... please..." the beta cries, hips involuntarily buckling asking for the alpha's fingers to slip in. 

The cries of the beta's pleading turned him back to reality, half of his conscious self woke him up from being intoxicated. His finger that was teasing Cheng's backside retracts in surprise earning a long whine of emptiness from the newly turned omega.

Xichen gulps, his instincts and consciousness debating inside his head. He chose the latter and decided to call Cheng's brother, it's better that way even if he's stifling away from the chance to show his love to the beta. 

And so, he reached for a phone sitting on the bedside table. He's not even halfway to reaching it when he stopped midway, eyes wide and shocked.
