The sun started to rise as the birds began chirping all over again blended with the annoying sound of the alarm 'Ting! Ting! Ting!'

"Huh?... not again? I hate waking up early..."

Said the sleepy messy-haired female who just woke up from a deep deep sleep. But somehow, she felt a heavy thing laying on her body, refused to let her go. The girl quickly rubbed her eyes and what did she see? A half-naked Orochi hugging her, not to mention his handsome face while he was sleeping.

"OROCHI?!"

"Um... what is it, honey?"

"..."

The heck? What the heck? Honey? Who's honey? It can't be me? Did he marry someone before? Or maybe he's dreaming about his fiance? Wait, does he even have a fiance to dream of?

"You're so annoying, Ginger. What are you murmuring about?"

"Me? Annoying? How the? I should be the one saying that? It's nearly 6:00 AM and you just press your arm over my body, not letting me go. And who the hell half-making while sleeping with a girl? And who's your 'honey'? Why didn't you tell me you have a fiance?"

"Wow, wow! Chill, I don't even have a fiance so where did that thought come from?"

"Gosh, just forget it. Let me go now or I will not have enough time to prepare for school."

"Can I go to school with you?"

"No."

"But why?"

"Because a no is a no."

"But-

"Another 'but' and I'll kick your butt."

The girl left with no other words. It took a while for her to finish preparing and she went to school, leaving the male at home. So lonely.

At school

"Ah, finally. It's kinda lucky that I come just in time."

"Amber!!"

Chimed the blue-haired boy running into her. Fortunately, Rantaro was there to save the day. He carried the small female up, avoiding the crash.

"Oh, that's closed! Are you alright?"

"Ahahahaha... almost dead. Thanks for saving me, Rantaro."

"No big deal but where is Valt?"

"Now you mention, I don't see... nevermind, I see him now."

"Why didn't you let me have a big greet?"

"Because it isn't safe for her to interact with you."

Daigo said as he unexpectedly joined the conversation. Meanwhile, Valt still didn't have a clue about what Daigo was talking and Wakiya soon joined us, too. We did have a quite good talk before Shu came.

"Hey, guys. You look like having a lot of fun. Did I miss something?"

The albino flashed them a bright smile and quickly peeled at the chatty ginger. She just went on talking with the other guys without noticing Shu's arrival.

"Uh, hey Amber..."

"Hum? Ah, Shu! Come here!"

"What is it?"

"They are asking for tips to enhance their techniques in beyblading. Can you help them?"

Shu's POV:

Those guys just acted too closed with her and it made me jealous. As soon as Amber asked me for help, I couldn't resist her cherish voice but to help them.

"Please help us, man!"

"Yeah, it's not fair that you're the only one to be enclosed by girls. I want too, you know."

"The heck? I don't want to waste much time since the class is going to begin so all that I can say is: Practice makes perfect, okay? Gotta go now."

"Huh? That's all?"

"Yes and goodbye."

I left them being so unknowing as I took Amber's hand and pulled her away from them, going straight to class.

"Eh, Shu? What are you doing?"

"We're heading to class. You don't want to be late on your second day at school, do you?"

"Oh, right! Hehe, what a nice friend you are!"

Her words left me a hard blush. I did try to endure her but maybe she was someone that makes me couldn't help blushing. What is this kind of feeling? It's so weird yet so pleased.

Break time

Just after the bell ringing, all the students, especially the beybladers, quickly heading to the gym. It's also known as the mini-training place for most bladers at school.

From a distance, Amber looked at the boys playing with their beys. She did want to play to but somehow, there was something that makes the little ginger clenched herself back. Is it maybe one of her secrets?

"What are you looking at? Come play with us!"

Valt sounded off loudly. He went towards Amber to take her hands and pulled her closer to the stadium. The other beybladers also welcomed her with a delighted face. She soon started to feel comfortable around them.

"Amber? Amber?"

"Huh? Uh, Daigo..."

"What's the matter? You look quite anxious, don't you?"

"No! No! Of course not! Why would I be nervous about what I treasure, right?"

"Well, that's great because I wanna challenge you to a beyblade battle."

"Huh? What?"

"Me too! Me too!"

Daigo, Rantaro, Valt, and others kept on challenging her while the rest of them were cheering and supporting. The female began flustered but soon, she agreed.

"So how about a 1v3 battle? I don't mind beating you three :))."

"Hey, since when did you think that you could win us? I, Rantaro Kiyama, will overthrow you."

"Yeah, that's right. We have not yet shown our magnificent skills so don't be cocky."

"Why don't we make a deal? The winner will be the best of the school for one day, deal?"

The rest, somehow, totally agreed to that (though as an author of this, I'm not pretty sure since I accidentally named my OC as a legendary so... well never mind then). Shu became the judge of the battle.

"Three. Two. One. Let it rip!!"

No sooner had he shouted than both Valtryek and Doomscizor attacked Arine as well as Roktavor soon joined the fun. But it wasn't a big matter to Amber. Seeing his idol so confident and calm, he knew that she had a plan of her own.

"Okay, Valtryek. Uses Rush Launch!"

The bey started to move chaotically, making the audience dazed as making Arine moved a bit from the center. Roktavor, by chance, went to the center and took back its advantage.

"Hehe! You see? I can beat you."

"..."

Shu's POV:

I'm so used to Amber's mood when she's on the stage. She will always show a fully unique face no matter it's a win or a loss. She respects everyone as well as their beys and strategy. And right now, she has no emotion to express.

The others now were reasonably bewilder about her. I bet they didn't know what kind of attitude she would do but for me, it would be a smirk from her.

No one's POV:

She was right. Before trying to finish 3 beys at the time, Amber gave a vicious smirk as a sign.

"Let see if you can handle this. Arine: Shiny Shooting Stars LV1." *

Appearing in front of them was the image of a universe full of glowing shooting stars. The audience was drawn away by the view, so did the competitors. Arine instantly took the time to speed up and slightly gave them a Burst Finish.

"Huh? HAH?"

"W-What just happened?!"

"Burst Finish. The winner is Amber!" Just as I foresaw

Most of the students were outraged because of the result, maybe this could be their memorable 1v3 match. As for the challengers, they were quite impressed with the newcomer.

"OMG! What kind of power is that?"

"It's just like that the author buffs your bey, just like in manga >:0!"

"..."

"Ah, guys? It's not really that surprising, isn't it?"

"You're kidding me? That was absolutely tremendous!! I didn't know that you're this skillful?"

"Yeah? Why didn't you tell us earlier? It was so awesome!!"

It was praise to praise. The ginger-haired one felt something so familiar. The kind of feeling she used to feel in the past. And right now, it's started to regain consciousness inside her heart and mind. But how long will it last?

"... thanks, guys! You three also did very well. It was a great battle for me, though I would like it to last longer."

"Don't ya worried because we will practice and practice to beat you with all our strength. Remember!!"

"Yeah... I will."
